4. Cancellations and Returns

• 4.1 Non-personalised Items: You may return these within 30 days of delivery for a refund or credit, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.

• 4.2 Personalised/Customised Items: These are non-returnable unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.

• 4.3 Faulty Items: Must be reported within 7 days. We may offer replacement, refund, or repair.

• 4.4 Process: Contact customer service to arrange returns. Return postage is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
